Stuart put the room joists on and plied the roof.
He used facsia boards to board the playhouse out and soffiting at the front.
He then felted the roof and applied roofTX to the external boards of the playhouse.
The external walls were then covered with cladding. They were left for the customer to stain the colour of their choice.
The double glazed windows and door were fitted, and the walls, ceiling and floor insultated with fibreglass/king span. The walls and ceiling were then plaster boarded and the floor layed with chipboard. The 1st fix electrics were then installed.
The walls and ceiling were then plastered and skirting boards were fitted. The 2nd fix electrics were also installed and left for the customer to decorate to their desire.
